These were very easy to assemble, maybe 20 minutes for set up on all four. The quality is 100% on point in my opinion. The seat bottoms are comfortable and when you sit on them, they give about half an inch or inch in the spring. Kind of reminds me of salon chairs. Would recommend to anyone, every guest we've had over has loved sitting in them. The design is very versatile, MCM is the vibe in getting but we do mountain modern so it works for our vibe.

We purchased four of these as they went really well with our decor. Super easy to assemble. They're not extremely sturdy, and the little black spacer ring between the two base tubes tends to fall down every once in a while...but hard to beat for the price. We've gotten multiple compliments on both appearance and their comfort. I kind of doubt they'll last more than 5 to 10 years but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

I recently purchased what I thought was a stylish and well-crafted chair, but my experience with it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The chair arrived with glaring issues, including wood splits and broken caps, leaving me utterly disappointed and frustrated with my purchase. The first thing I noticed upon unpacking the chair was the prominent wood splits along the top of the back. These splits compromise the chair's structural integrity and make it incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. I can feel the unevenness and roughness every time I use it. In conclusion, I cannot express how disappointed I am with this chair. The wood splits and broken caps have made it not only unsightly but also unusable and potentially dangerous. I expected a much higher level of quality and craftsmanship for the price I paid. If you're considering purchasing this chair or any product from this company, I strongly advise against it. This company is a 3rd party seller and can't issue replacements, therefore leaving me with the broken chair. Save your money and your sanity and look elsewhere for quality furniture.

I was disappointed with these barstools.Scratched wood in a few places.The backrest cracked unexpectedly, compromising both looks and structure.Even worse, the hydraulic section's inner plastic component dropped to the bottom, and the chairs began to wobble after just a few uses when the two metals separated the top of the metal leg.Putting aside the positive aspects, these issues surpass the anticipated modern design and comfort.Can't recommend.

We love the style, and they are very comfortable, though they might not be for someone very large. We’ve had these for just over a month, and have encountered a couple problems, two significant. First, 3 of the 4 barstools sometimes make a groaning type sound when they are swiveled. Weird, but not a deal-breaker. The second problem is with the bushing (the plastic sleeve) that goes between the two parts of the column between base and chair. On all 4 of our barstools this sleeve has gradually dropped down the column. On one, we didn’t catch it, and the two metal parts of the column have scrapped against one another leaving noticeable scratches. On this and one other barstool, it happens quite easily. It’s not as much a problem with the other 2, but something we must watch nevertheless. Also, we have never been able to reach the seller or manufacturer, even after a good bit of research and assistance from Amazon Customer Service. The product description says they provide one-year warranty service, but we have no information about a warranty or the manufacturer, nor does Amazon. That’s very concerning. We would not buy these again.
