The one I received is not white as advertised, it's putty colored. Design is different than shown with the detailed switches. Plastic body feels much cheaper and thinner than I was expecting so there was no need to go further. Both are dealbreakers. The box it came in was very dusty and the lid had been opened many times as shown by the corner flap wear. The order, the effort to pick it up, the process to print label and return - a complete waste of time, energy, and paper. Sorry guys don't mean to come down on you but that's not good business.

Works great keeps coffee hot and to use it in public helps one to make contacts.

This was a great Christmas gift for my photographer/videographer. He loves it.

Trash!!! One time in the dishwasher and fall apart! It’s not written Canon on it, it’s Caniam... Coffee is cold in 5 minutes as well.. waste of money
