I bought this for a 12 year old who is 5'7" and has feet that match that height. He loves the extra wide deck. And the fact that you can adjust the height, he is growing fast. I think he also likes the fact that adults use these in videos.

There was just a little something required in putting together. I'm grandma and so don't know just what. My daughter couldn't do it, but my son-in-law said it was quick and easy My grandson loves it. He's a big kid for his age of 8.

It is perfect for my 8 year old granddaughter. I would have given it 5 starts, but had trouble connecting the handle to the bottom bar. The instructions did not state to take the coupler off for easy installation. But other wise, so far it is durable. It is also being ridden by older kids, so a high weight limit was important.

we are so happy this scooter is available for kids my daughter's size. she has balance issues and needs 2 wheels on the front; but those trendy microscooters are too much for a first time owner. this one is still expensive, but if it works for my teen, i will be satisfied. we will have to exchange this one, because a piece of the housing is cracked and needs to be replaced. But we have already received our return label for a free return and the replacement scooter will be here in a few days.
