DMD washing machine
The media could not be loaded. Hello everyone,This washing machine is quite powerful and washes very well; I am satisfied. It's not as noisy as it sounds in the video; my phone greatly amplifies the sound. It doesn't spin the same as a normal washing machine. I think it has a safety feature that stops the machine from operating when the motor's temperature is too high to protect it. I notice that mine stops after a certain period, about 30 minutes after I start it to wash, and then after 5 minutes of spinning. I am satisfied because it gets the job done and it doesn't take up much space.

Seems Capable But Has Its Limits!
Bought as a stop gap, I can’t say I was expecting great things. I was however pleasantly surprised!Standing around 2 feet high and made of preformed black plastic it’s surprisingly light. It comes with a plastic hose that’s meant to be attached to a tap to fill but it’s absolutely useless. Much easier to use a bucket or washing up bowl.Drainage is accomplished by gravity via another length of hose attached to the back of the unit.To spin dry you put your wet clothing in the provided metal/plastic basket, push on the cover and attach it to the agitator/motor.On first use I didn’t want to overload it (and I couldn’t make a guess what 4.5kg of clothes looked like) so I placed in 5 t shirts which was probably right.Next I added water and detergent. The instructions state not to use water hotter than 40°c (slightly warmer than hand hot) and to add no less than the minimum mark (L) and no more than the high mark (H) This apparently equates to between 22 and 26 litres. With clothing in this was around 2 buckets! The timer is clockwork and can be set from 3 to 15 minutes. Being me I set it to the max and stood back!I was amazed at the power of the wash action. It spins the agitator clockwise, stops then goes anticlockwise, stops etc etc for the time set. It really pushes the water and clothing around with some force!Once the timer stops you can either continue to wash or unhook the rear hose and drain the dirty water. Because the drain is done by gravity alone, to fully drain it helps if the unit is off the ground. The next step is to rinse. You refill it to the correct level with clean water, set your timer then drain again. I found it took at least 3 refills to rinse your clothes properly. More if you wanted to use softener! You then need to remove your dripping wet clothes and attach your spin basket. This only holds ‘2kg of clothes’ which was roughly 2 wet t shirts. Set your timer, add the push in lid and spin away. This was pretty much useless! Yes it did spin. Yes some water was spun out. However the t shirts were as wet coming out as they were going in! Plus the unit jumps and wobbles like crazy on the spin!!!In conclusion as a washing machine for a single person it’s absolutely fab! The initial t shirts I washed came out spotless.HOWEVER it does take more work to use than a regular plumbed in front loading machine but you soon get used to it.It’s meant to be cheap to run which is a good thing but it does use quite a lot of water for a full wash and rinse. The spin dry function is in reality a gimmick. It just doesn’t spin fast enough to be useful. So yes it appears to be a good machine but it’s not really a 2 in 1 washer/dryer, it’s just a washer!

Useless item, save your money
This item is the most useless thing I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. Broke on first use. The hoses are laughable and leak horrendously. And as for the spin, a ballet dancers pirouette is 10 times faster. Save yourself the disappointment and money. I wish I had

Looks good, spin basket is absolutely tiny
Context: I live in a flat without plumbing for a full sized machine. I had a twin tub Think Gizmos machine which worked happily for 3 years until the spinner burned out last week, I thought this would be a good (cheap) replacement.Pros: lightweight, very sleek and modern looking, single tub so good for saving spaceCons: spin basket is about half the size of the twin tub one, although both are rated 2kg. I think this one might be closer to 1kg as it just about fits a single size throw (image for reference). This one will not fit a king size throw, whereas the twin tub does.Cannot comment on washing ability as I did not use it but I would say it would be good for a holiday caravan or very temporary replacement. If you ever need to wash anything bigger than a single throw you'll need a bigger spinner.

Ideal for washing not so much spinning
Bought this product due to my current washing machine breaking down.Great for washing clothes just takes a bit of getting used to with the right amount of water.Spin cycles sadly not existent which was a little disappointing.Serves it's purpose by being able to wash than by hand. Wish the spin basket was bigger but I have managed to squeeze the water out of my clothes so I can dry them.

Caravan holiday washing
Great little machine. Works well for socks, pants T-shirts all lightweight articles. Does not like heavy items like joggers, hoodies etc.have managed to do towels but not big bath sheets don’t need those on a caravan holiday.

Better than it has any right to be
Solid little machine that washes well so far. I've had it a few days and managed to wash, towels, trainers and jeans which have all come out clean and fresh. As most other reviews note, the spin dryer function is pretty much useless so you'll need to ring your clothes out well before drying. Despite this, I would strongly recommend this for student halls, mobile living or as a stop gap
