These gummies have all of the ingredients I need and like to take daily. I always take maca to plump up my chest butt and hips but I don’t like the taste of maca. Having the maca in these gummies make it easier to take them everyday.

I used the whole bottle and the results were slower than expected but u definitely do see a change after one week, you just have to stay very consistent and work out while taking it too !
