Google Pixel 2 XL Screen Protector, [Full Coverage] [Ultra-Clear] [Bubble-free] Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Google Pixel 2XL Black (Google Pixel 2XL) Black

I was a little skeptical about this tempered glass for my Pixel 2 XL. The way the screen is designed makes it difficult for these companies to make a decent screen. The glass is curved so it can cover the phone completely and nicely. I guess I was one of the lucky ones who didn't get any rainbow streaks or air bubbles. However, occasionally when I touch the top of my screen I can hear a clicking sound. Other than that it is perfect. There is only adhesive on the black part of the glass which made me concerned about the glass sticking on to the screen properly. It has been a week and it hasn't come off once yet. I would definitely buy this glass again for my Pixel.Update: It had come to my attention that third party screen protectors like this one have a major problem. It interferes with the proximity sensor on your phone causing your device to go black during phone calls. The sensor is trying to detect your face to see if you're looking at it or not, but with screen protectors like these makes the sensor think you're looking away which causes it to go black. So therefore I'm gonna have to shell out $40 bucks to buy the screen protector that was made for this phone. I don't want to have to deal with this major issue.

This screen protector arrived today and I am really impressed. Installation was super easy and it looks great on the phone will protecting it as well. I switch between and otter box defender case and an otter box symmetry case and the screen protector works really well with them. It picks up smudges pretty easy but nothing the microfiber cloth that is included cannot handle. I have tried one other cover for this phone and the installation was disastrous. I am so glad I found this one at a great price. I highly recommend this screen protector. The little bit of dust in the picture is on top of the screen protector, not under it :)

This screen protector is garbage. This is the 2nd one I have bought of this brand from 2 different sellers and they have both broke under 2 weeks. This one didn't even last a full week. Top corner is cracked already. Have not dropped. Pretty sure they are breaking just from having in my back pocket and leaning or sitting on the phone. If a screen protector can't hold up to being sat on good luck having it protect your phone if you actually drop it. I guess this is why some brands charge $30+.... you get what you pay for.

My wife tried this when our usual protector was out of stock. It did its job and shattered when she dropped her phone, leaving the phone unmarked. Unfortunately though, this glad curves at the edges. One would think that's good because it fits the phone's screen more exactly. They would be wrong. The curve blocks the sensor so when you are on a call the screen stays black. So if you need to dial 1 for English or dial an extension you are out of luck.

Installation was easy, helps protect screen from scratches.Leaves rainbow on middle of screen, about 0.5"x2". Probably because adhesive is present along edges of screen protector only. Hasn't gone away after 2 weeks. I've read another reviewer with same problem. Other issue is when I'm on a call and need to access the phone keypad I have to unlock my screen by pressing power button then either enter my pin or use fingerprint. Sometimes if I'm outside and sunny I can't even unlock the screen until I go back inside a building. Since I didn't use the phone at all prior to installing protector, I'm not sure if this is normal. I suspect not because my other phones never behaved this way.I wouldn't purchase this protector again.

The one I got came with defect. It has a long scratch line on it but I can't wait because my old phone completely died. So I have to accept that defect instead of returning it and try to install it. After spending time installing it, it doesn't fit well and make 'tik tik' noise when the screen was pressed. Moreover, it fall off several days lather and let some dust came in under the SP. I have to remove it and clean up the screen before put it back. It doesn't fit well even I tried to find the best position for it. Few days after I putted it back, it lift of again, while the case was on I tried to push it back and it cracked.That enough for me using this SP. I should pay more with some reliable brand instead of try something unreliable with fake review like this product. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Although it seems to fit properly, there is a rainbow effect on approximately 20% of the screen. I have yet to find a screen protector for this phone that fits AND doesn't have a "rainbowing".Edit: Broke within a week of owning it. It was sitting in my pocket, I took it out, and the top right was cracked, with another small crack around the front facing camera. I would not recommend this.

The screen protector covers the proximity sensor, hence during calls the screens remains black and unusable.I downloaded a sensor app to test the proximity sensor and the app confirmed what I thought was happening. Sent it back..
