These tommatillos are very small . Not the nice medium size I'm used to .

Probably wrong time of year to order tomatillos
These were very small tomatillos, so it took a lot of husking to get them all ready to roast and they were very high in seed quantity. Some were even shriveled, hadn't filled out yet at all. I'm trying to avoid canned tomatillos because they all seem to have additives that I don't want, so I order fresh, roast and freeze them. Just need to order more during their actual season.

These tomatillos are fire 🔥🔥🔥
They're in LA, we ordered from Chicago. The tomatillos were better than what we can get locally. Large, perfect ripeness, and very flavorful. Used to make salsa and marinade. Will order again.
