Bad quality & Amazon representative very bad service
Color doesn't match description & It's not worth the price, quality is bad scratches everywhere & doesn't balance keeps shaking. Amazon representative Mr Shri & Ravi Takone have caused headache they didn't pick up as color doesn't match which is one of the reasons for return neither they have cancelled return. No way to call Amazon customer care pathetic Amazon services no way to report the problem

Let's with uneven levels
The step ladder had one leg that was about 3 inches shorter.! Disappointed in total.The plastic also looks flimsy.Hope it's not unsafe to use.In a hurry opted for a replacement and not a refund! Hope the one that comes is fine
