As a 27-year-old endurance athlete (a running addict!), I have battled intermittent knee pain throughout the last year and a half. I figured that Prehab Total Joint Support would be worth a shot for helping address, or at least prevent the worsening of, this issue. I have only been taking it for about a week now (which is definitely not long enough to determine effects), but will update here after a bit!At first glance, Prehab Total Joint Support is a well-designed product with an enviable list of vitamins, minerals, and other phytochemicals/active compounds. All of the basics of a multivitamin are included, with many additional factors that, to be honest, I don't fully know the function of. Everything included in this supplement appears safe, although it goes without saying that if you are pregnant or breastfeeding you should make sure to consult with your physician before consuming!The highlight of this product is really the convenience of its packaging, with the vitamins already sorted into individual baggies that provides on the go readiness. Work, travel, or other, one can easily grab a pack (or several), without having to worry about counting out individual pills and containing them in daily portions.Overall, I like the design of this supplement, and hope it works as well as it's intended! I got these for my husband who has abused his body for many years working heavy construction. I'm hoping it will help him with the many sore joints he has, from ankles all the way up to shoulders. He's only been taking it about a week, so too soon to tell yet.The packaging is convenient so you don't have to remember how many to take of each, or if you are traveling and just need to take a few days worth with you. The pills are not too large and he is able to take them easily. However if he doesn't eat shortly after taking them, he rifts them up and the taste is not pleasant. I suggest taking them before a meal if you encounter the same issue.

These come in little packets of pills and there's a 30-day supply in the tub. For the joints, this has glucosamine chondroitin and MSM. A nice surprise though is this has plenty of vitamins and minerals including half a days magnesium, calcium, potassium, and B6 with a whopping amount of B12. Keep in mind there are about five pills per package but the nice part is they're already pre-packaged for you, so you don't have to count them out from individual bottles. The price point is pretty good considering it has so many other vitamins and minerals in it.

Generally speaking, I hate these daily packets that are being offered. I prefer to fine tune what I want and just take them from the bottles. However, I can see how this is convenient. The convenience creates a ton of plastic waste that will end up in a landfill, on the street, or in an animals throat. A bunch of plastic packets in a plastic jar... That being said, it comes in handy when you are in a rush.Supplements need to be third party certified. There is no indication that these are. If it is legit, then the blend seems pretty good, albeit with different ratios than what I would do separately.Is it worth it? You decide.

This is a large bottle containing a month’s worth of joint support supplements. They are conveniently divided into daily doses in little plastic packets. The pills are quite large, so if you have trouble swallowing meds, this is probably not for you. I take them because I have been a runner for years and they help keep my knees working well. I have taken for a week without any unpleasant gastrointestinal side effects. I’m also pleased to see that they are made in the USA. Would recommend.

This is a good product, but you can do better. It has good quality assurance (made under GMP in an FDA registered lab), but does not have the more desirable 3rd party testing. It has sealed packages of five pills as a dose. This is very convenient, especially when traveling. The reason for five pills, however, is that it not only has the main joint support ingredients (Condroitin, Glucosamine and MSM), but it also has a multi-vitamin mix thrown it. If you are already taking a good high dose of multi-vitamins, these additional pills may be over-kill and may not do any good. Another issue I have is with the amount of Condroitin at 100 mg. Most joint supplements provide ten times this amount per serving! This is a key ingredient in joint support, and this product is very low in it, while it has a lot of other stuff that has little to do with joint health. I don't know why that is, but it leaves me concerned that I am not getting what may help the most. That, and the lack of 3rd party testing are the reasons for my four stars, which may be generous given the importance of these issues.

These joint supplants come in 30 individual packets with 6 tablets and capsules in each packet. They contain vitamins, minerals and herbs. This is a great value for the amount of quality supplements you get with this. Instead of one or two large pills that are hard to swallow, these six pills make it easy to take.
