I love it. The seat is wide enough for me to sit in different positions - I have lower back issues so I need to move around a bit and this is perfect for that. It was easy to assemble with super clear instructions, took about half hour or less. Reclining options, the arms flipping up helps for storage and different sitting positions. It’s soft, good quality and just so very pretty.I did a months worth of research to find the perfect office chair for my needs and this is it.

Needed a new chair. Between the 10 similar purchase options I was juggling, I went here and am very happy. Clean, professional look. Comfortable foam. Swivel captains armrests feel better padded than some others. Height adjustment is tight and responsive. And it tilts! Box is over 40lbs, and construction feels great and heavy. 1 person assembly, but I've put a ton of these together over the years. Might want 2 ppl if you need help lifting the box. Would replace with the same.

It's perfect for my home office. Super comfortable and was easy to put together! I can sit in it for hours no problems, worth the money!

I bought this chair to replace one whose cushioning was cushioning no longer. This chair not only looks great but is very comfortable. My other chair arms were only height adjustable although this chair's aren't they are in a comfortable position. That the arms can be moved out of the way is a plus. The box arrived with a hole punched in the top that went through the inner cardboard protection but fortunately did not damage the covering of the seat back it was protecting. The original arrival date was extended three days which wasn't a problem. I use tracking details and the day before it was to originally arrive I found it was in my area and it arrived on its original day after all. Amazon's on time shipping to rural areas is amazingly good!

This chair is good quality and sturdy. It was fairly easy to assemble; took me about 30 minutes. Things that would be helpful to know if you are considering buying it: 1). it does not recline, but the back of the chair is at a fairly comfortable angle. 2). The lowest position of the seat is still high. I'm 5' 10'' and it is higher than I prefer, even at the lowest setting. If you are tall this chair would be great, but if you are on the shorter side I would look for a different option. Over all a good buy.ETITED TO CORRECT: It does recline, it was user error that led me to believe that it did not. Used now for 2 weeks and I love it. Good quality.

My husband and I need an office chair that both of us can use comfortably. This chair is overall a very good product for the money. It is supportive but yet cushy. It adjusts to different heights easily. time will tell how well the hydraulics keep the seat at proper height but so far it adjusts well. the only thing that is uncomfortable for myself is the arm rests are a bit too high - because I am shorter. but all in all, we are both happy with this purchase. I would order a 2nd one.

I really wanted to like this chair, and it looks nice but it has went south really quick once I sat in it. I spend a good bit of time at my computer so I spend a good bit of time setting in a chair. This chair is nice for the back support behind me but is far too short to my liking. I can't lean back and rest my head in this chair. Where it all went so bad is the bottom seat. It is absolutely killing my tailbone. I can't even set in this chair and want to return it but I tossed the box and packaging. The back of the chair feels good for lumbar support and feels pretty well comfort wise other than the lack of height, but the bottom is very hard, lacking padding and no matter how I position my feet or adjust the height it's hard on my tailbone, and very hard to set on. I love the flip up armrests. They lack enough padding in my opinion though and them being just barely comfortable and somewhat hard now I am concerned about long time use and the padding wearing out that is there causing to get real uncomfortable in the long term. Lift adjustment raising and lowering and the casters all work very nicely, and with the flip up arms it's easier to get closer to desk if needed as full arm length supports are farther out front and can hit the desk depending on your set up. I can set in it for a little bit, but have to get out of it when my tailbone starts to hurt real bad. I am not extremely big and heavy so my just over 200lbs should not be a factor. The back of the chair feels like it has so much more padding than the bottom of it. I understand we all aren't the same shape and size, but at 5"10" with my weight it should have fit better and been better padded on the seat bottom and rear top of seatback should be at least 4-6" taller. I have tried pillow and a foam pad to set on but it doesn't help. No, I don't recommend this chair.

The chair is comfortable and easy to put together. But within 2 months of purchase, one of the wheels broke off so the chair leans and I have to be careful repositioning it for fear of scratching the floor. The weld on one of the legs broke and gradually bent off. I've never had this happen on an office chair.Poor quality.I also couldn't find anyway of contacting the manufacturer to see if they would provide a replacement.
