What a great pillow, if you're a sidesleeper, you're gonna love it. The long tail in the back supports your back. The ear hole is nice, especially if you have earrings poking you. Having that hole alleviates that. The stuffing is the perfect firmness. Not too hard, yet not too soft. As far as I can tell, the pillow is made very well. In fact, I'm thinking of getting another one. I get a very comfortable night's sleep with this pillow.

My neck pain is gone after one night of using . So good I bought one for a friend.

At first I was only going to give this pillow 3 stars but after a few more nights sleeping on the pillow I added another. It still could be about 2 inches thicker, and a little firmer, but so far it is holding up. The first night I slept with it it was way to flat. Mind you I was changing from a water pillow to this. And I had a hard time holding on to it because I was used to holding into a bigger pillow. But my goal was to downsize. I figured at the very least I could use this pillow to travel, it beat my current system. The second night I added a thin regular pillow under my head. That was better for a while. Half way through the third night I tossed that pillow aside too. Now a week later I am just using this one. I hold the same opinion, thicker and and a little firmer. Maybe different thickness for different people. Not everyone has the same shoulder width. I would of paid more for a wider pillow. As for not being able to hold on to it, I used it backwards compared to the photos. Now I do not flip the pillow most of the time when I do. Being a side sleeper and having two bad shoulders does not work well some nights. All in all I am so far pleased. It could have those two improvements. So if you are a line backer and need a really thick pillow for sleeping on your side, this is not it. July 15, 2019 I had to stop using this pillow. As I said in my first review this pillow could be about 2 inches thicker. Well I was causing damage to my shoulders rolling them forward to place my head on a to narrow pillow. I have severe tendonitis in both shoulders now. I have changed to as thicker, regular pillow, holding it the same way, hopefully this will work. I will say the pillow itself is holding the firmness. The case is now forming pills on the outside from frequent washing. But there pillow is doing well.

Don’t buy this pillow. There is hardly any stuffing in it and is insanely uncomfortable and over all poor quality. It’s flat, provides little to no support and makes sleep a struggle. I purchased this to use after shoulder surgery and would’ve been better off with just about anything else. With a little more stuffing, this would be a much better pillows.

It didn’t meet my expectation.i was excited when I got it when i used it it was not what i expected.not enough support for me.too narrow.its more for kids.my 8 year old grand use it. The material of the cover is not too soft its a little hard.

I’ve tried many other more expensive pillows made of hard memory foam that actually hurt my neck; was very disappointed plus lost sleep over them…Until I discovered this gem of a side sleeper pillow that has actually cured my stiff neck plus allows me to sleep, undisturbed, throughout the night without the hard foam that doesn’t allow enough flexibility to relax you to enjoy a restful sleep! This pillow prevents & eliminates my shoulder pain plus neck stiffness as it aligns my head and neck in the right position to diminish strain and alleviate pain! In other words…This pillow is guaranteed not to be a PAIN-IN-THE -NECK!

This was great for my recovery. Needed it at some point after rotator cuff surgery. found it useful as a side sleeper. Useful to use also when I slept sitting up in a recliner. Supported my head and arm had extra support

I had this pillow all boxed up and ready to return, but decided not to return it. I've had nearly 5 of these pillows, I think I actually sent one or two back in the last 2 years. I thought maybe they changed what they changed about them. I've figured it out. They are using way less pillow batting, so the pillow is much softer with no firmness at all. If you want your head and neck to balance out you need a little firmness to hold your head up; not just sink to the mattress with your head on the pillow. Back to the not returning, I sew, so I'm going buy a bag of batting at Walmart and finish the job they didn't do. All this down grading in the world has ruined some of the products.

Works great for side sleeping! The hole for ear cooling is placed too high up for my ear to reach it, but overall the pillow has a loose enough filling I don't find it too hot for sleeping. I have a shoulder injury and this pillow works great to let me sleep on my side but still support my injured shoulder so it does not feel strained in the morning. Best sleeps I've had in 4 years since my injury! I wake up pain free now :) Pillow also works great for propping your back up to keep you on your side, depending on which way you flip it. Has a nice removable cover that washes well. I sacrificed an old 100% cotton pillow case to make a sleeve that fits easily on the top as well (cut off one end of the pillow case to make a cloth tube) so I don't have to remove the pillow's cover every week for washing - it takes a few minutes and a bit of dexterity to get it back on after. But it is do-able to remove and wash the cover without too much difficulty.

Wasn't sure about this pillow shape but worked better than expected. Could be a bit firmer and likely would be better filled with memory foam. Ear hole nowhere near where needed. Hopefully continues to help me sleep by cushioning my shoulders

I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the package up and the pillow was nice and big, firm but fluffy, and as a side sleeper I had one of the best night sleeps I've had in a long time!!! I actually want to just buy another one in case when this one is raggety and done, I can still get another one lol!!!

I bought this pillow because I get ear pain when sleeping on my side. I had high hopes and counted down the days until it arrived. I am so disappointed, both with the quality of the materials and with the fit of the ear holes. I am 5'6" tall. When I lie down and place the pillow under my head, the top of the ear hole literally lines up with the top of my head. The bottom of the ear hole is a full inch above the top of my ear. I tried squishing the pillow down to force the hole to fit around my ear, but within moments the ear hole was pulling against the bottom of my ear and folding the earlobe up against my head. This was far more painful than sleeping with a normal pillow. Squishing the pillow down to fit around my ear also caused it to bulge excessively around the neck, which made me feel like I was being strangled. There's nothing I find more restful than being strangled while I try to ignore extreme ear pain. As for the quality of the pillow: it is terrible. The filling is very thin, and the pillow-slip is scratchy and plastic-y feeling. It is mostly made of polyester, so expect to sweat. It can also only be washed in cold water, according to the instructions, so don't expect to wash all that sweat out. Don't buy this product and sleep well in the knowledge that you didn't just waste $25 of your hard earned money.

I bought this pillow because I am a side sleeper, who does often find myself having a sore ear as a result so when I saw this pillow with the ear hole, I thought it would be perfect for me upon further inspection, and a night of sleep on it I have realized that while this is a very comfortable pillow and a very suitable pillow for a side side sleeper The ear hole when this pillow is firmly up against my shoulder is over my head, so I’m not sure what kind of body type this was designed for for someone with an extremely long neck or perhaps a different animal all together but for a human sized person with a regular length neck my ear came nowhere close to where the hole is now mind you this is an incredibly comfortable pillow for side sleeping, but the ear hole may as well not even be there plus it isn’t really even much of a hole as it is there’s not much of an opening it is Almost completely shut, so I’m not sure if it would be worth it for somebody who’s buying it specifically for the ear whole purpose, but it is a very comfortable side, sleeping pillow.
