Ordered 1 and 1 of the 4 lights were not working. I emailed them, they got back to me in under an hour. Within a couple days a replacement arrived and it works great. They have great customer care and were very responsive. Would buy from this company again!!! The grow light does a great job, my wife is growing avocados from seeds and NJ winters are not the best for that. We can actually see the plants responding to the lights.

These grow lights are a great way to have beautiful plants where the sun can get to them!Well worth the money!

I would recommend this to anyone it's the second or third one that I have bought I love succulents and house plants and this is great for the winter or if you have a place in your home that doesn't get good lighting it's good to have especially if it's been a week where there's not been a whole lot of sunlight you can just move the plant over to the lot and it will park right back up the other thing that's great about it is when you have a plant that has grown too big for the pot it's really good for propagation

I liked the product. It did what it said. Then poof, after about 45 days, it simply stopped working. I had bought two. The other one is fine, working properly. I emailed support at Shineyou. The email failed due to rejection by the server. Amazon has a no refund after 30 days on this product, and I’m unable to navigate the web of “help” to get to their guarantee because the necessary windows do not open …..After posting this negative review, I was issued a full refund. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Revised my one-star rating to a four-star. Sorry it had to be “the hard way.”

This light is nearly perfect. Love the clip, love the adjustable arms, love the multi-lights. Hate the timer. The timer has settings for 3-9-12 hours. Even 12 hours of light is not enough. Growing healthily, strong seedlings requires 16 hours of light per day. I skipped using the timer and just left it on 24/7 until my seedlings had their first set of real leaves. Now I turn it on and off manually each day. I'm up more than 12 hours, but it gives the plants some rest at night. Yes, plants need a few hours of rest too. Despite this drawback, I've recommended the light to others because of the other great features.

I ordered two of these in November 2023, and loved everything about them. Both were easy to setup, the timers work great, and my plants have been loving the extra light. However today (April 2024), one of the lights seemed dim, so I clicked the button to adjust the brightness, and the lights went out. Plugged into two other outlets and another USB wall box to see, but nothing is working. It's such a bummer because the lifespan was under 6 months and I cannot justify having to buy new plant lights every 6 months...

We really loved this light! Easy to use, timer worked great and the adjustability was wonderful. However we have only had it since the middle of March and it has completely stopped working. We cannot find any damage to it whatsoever. So sad because we really liked this one!UPDATE: The adapter is the issue. I changed the adapter and it works again!

Update: product was replacedI received this lamp in a timely fashion, product was as expected. The lights work well and my plants respond very nicely. The one problem is that the clip on clamp does not hold the weight of the adjustable lights so you’ll have to figure out another way to hold it. In the end, you can’t hang it and you can’t stand it on a surface. Good price point if you have a good plan to hold it up.After leaving this review, the seller contacted me and offered to replace the indoor grow lamps and I agreed. I received the new product very quickly and to my surprise, the clip holds very well. I guess the first one I received was faulty; these things do happen. The timer also works perfectly. Great product, good price, great customer service, I recommend it because my plants thrive with this light.

I absolutely love this light. It’s got a clip, not a base. It’s sturdy and it’s bendable. My plants are thriving! They are growing so well. I really enjoy the self timer. It automatically turns on for 7am and turns off automatically. It has a 3 hour, 9 hour and 12 hour setting. 3 different light options. I highly recommend. Basically a set it and forget it - just don’t forget to water your plants ;)

Love that it has multiple settings and brightness levels. The clip is nice and strong and it’s helped my plants tremendously. The cord is very short though so have to use an extension cord.

This is such a handy little plant light. Great value, I love that it has a 3 hour, 9 hour and 12 hour timer that doesn't just go off after the set time, it also turns back on again the next day based on when you turned it on and set it the first time. The specialty purple shamrock bulbs I wasn't sure about are loving this light and sprouting despite the other bad reviews about that plant on amazon. I think this is super affordable for what you get. This also has red and white light settings which I haven't tried as blue light is for seed and bulb starters which I'm using it for now. The timer will turn it on to whichever colour setting you had it on first so mine always just goes to blue and all I have to do is water! Great product.
