The Amazfit Cor is a big leap forward compared with the miBands I’ve previously owned. The touch screen is a pleasure to use and is very clear, although some screens are difficult to read in sunlight. The menu system is easy to find your way around and easy to synch with the miFit app.The step count is very accurate and is not influenced by moving your arm about, which is a big problem with my Fitbit Blaze.I was able to set the band up very quickly and it is easy to find your way your way around the menu.The band is very light and comfortable to wear and the notifications work a treat. The pulse can be set to continuously monitor but if you choose manually do it, it is easy to take a measurement. I’ve not been able to get the weather function to work yet. The stop watch & countdown timers are both easy to use.The battery life is stated as 12 days, I would say this is a very conservative estimate and it charges very quickly.I would recommend the Amazfit Cor to anyone who is looking for a lightweight/ comfortable and easy to use band with an accurate step count.

Exactly what I wanted, after using the both the mii band 1&2 it felt like the natural progression and sure enough i wasn't disappointed. From the start the style and comfort of the design suits me perfectly and I don't feel any reason to take the thing off, the user interface is very easy to use especially while on the move. Took it out for its first run, held up pretty well performed as expected compared it with my housemates fitbit and cant see much different between the two.

I have been using Mi Band 1 and 2 for the past 3 years or so and I have been very happy with the quality and price of those trackers. I have decided to finally upgrade to Xiaomi Amazfit Cor version, as it offers a lot more features - notifications, weather and more. It also has a colour display that works even outdoors (Mi Band 2 struggles with that). Battery life looks promising too. Very impressed with it so far. Charging is a lot easier too, as the cable comes with a magnetic end that just attaches itself to the device. The smart watch itself looks very premium and feels very premium too. Xiaomi is known for their quality, so I’m expecting it to last me a while.

I have a few of these fitness tracker smart bracelets and wanted to do a review of this new Xiaomi Amazfit Cor.Delivery from Amazon was as normal, next day – Thanks Amazon.Xiaomi, or just Mi, are well known as the ‘Apple of China’ and I have to say that this new Amazfit Cor doesn’t disappoint on the build quality; it feels solid, but light and very comfortable on the wrist. I have had mine on permanently now for 3 days now and you just forget about it, except when you get alerts of course! I have been playing with its features a lot, I have the heart sensor recording every 10 mins and the battery is still at 80%, which is really amazing battery life in itself.You can choose from a number of different faces and colours, but there are not that many, and I would expect this to increase with future updates, but there is enough and they are clear and customizable. You get the normal smartphone integration which seems to work seamlessly and can even choose which apps you get alerts from, which are easy to read on the device too.Personally, I would have preferred a buckle on the strap, rather than the loop and press mechanism. There is nothing wrong with this and it works fine, it’s just my personal preference, and others make like this better.In use, the Gorilla glass front is perfectly smooth and it allows effortless swiping between the various screens. There is a small all-English manual, but you are left to play with the watch to discover its full capabilities, which I have to say is very easy. You can also configure using the smartphone MiFit app too.Charging is very straightforward with the included magnetic dock which you can charge from any USB power source you have, as there is no charger supplied, which is quite normal.You get the normal raise to turn on and this seems to work well, with a slight delay. You can put it in 'Do Not Disturb' mode too if you don’t want the buzzing with alerts.The fitness aspects work well and the tracking of the heart rate, steps, calories etc is good on the watch and on the app, and all seem to work seamlessly. One problem is that even with max brightness it is a struggle to see the display in sunlight (yes, there was some on the days I tried it) and this is where the trans-reflective displays come into their own.You can very easily get an display overview, showing steps, heart rate, distance, calories and sedentariness and it all seems quite comprehensive.Overall, I like the Amazfit and it does everything I want in this type of device, but if it has better visability in the sunlight I would have given it 5 stars.

I decided it was time to upgrade my Lenovo activity tracker, after some research I decided on this tracker. I have to say I absolutely love it! It was so easy to set up. It’s very straight forward to use, and as I am not good with technology that’s a plus point for me! I find it very clear and bright, I like that I can customise it to my individual taste. I was pleased with my previous tracker but this one is fantastic!!! I would recommend this tracker to anyone.
