Very cute
Good spice. Bennett is a sweetheart. I liked most of the story. Not really sure about the ending. I would have kept it. Otherwise a fun read.

Cute And Cozy!
I'm seriously obsessed with this series! These books are definitely for the girlies who love Hallmark movies and small town romances.Kiara is a newly relocated to dream harbor and more than anything she wants to be left alone to soak in her misery. Kiara feels she is a failure and more than anything she wants to prove she worthy of her family's love.Ben aka Bennett is in town on vacation and while he seems to be running from his boring life and a woman who uses him for her convenience. He definitely didn't have love on his list of things to do in dream harbor but him running into Kiara in a field by chance might have just been fate!If you are looking for grumpy x sunshine this book is definitely for you between these two and their drama I couldn't put this down. Can't wait to read the next book!

I enjoyed The Christmas Tree Farm much more than The Pumpkin Spice Café. While I may have been a little harsh on my review of the latter, this book redeemed itself with smoother writing, a more entertaining flow, and characters I actually enjoyed spending time with.Kira was such a relatable protagonist for me. Her struggles on the ice rink hit close to home because, like her, I can’t skate to save my life either! Those little moments added a personal connection that I really appreciated.Another highlight for me was the humor, especially the digs and witty remarks sprinkled throughout the story. They kept things light and fun without going over the top. The holiday vibes and charm of the Christmas tree farm setting were also a nice touch, making it a cozy seasonal read. While this wasn’t a standout holiday romance for me, it’s definitely worth picking up if you’re in the mood for something festive with likable characters and a bit of humor.

Cozy holiday romance with spice
I just love the Dream Harbor series! They are some of my favorite cozy, smutty, small town romances (and we get two more in 2025!) In book three, we get to know Kira who recently picked up her life in Georgia to buy a Christmas tree farm in Dream Harbor even though she doesn’t really like Christmas. Determined to be independent and prove to herself she can do it, she is initially annoyed when Bennet Ellis, visiting from San Francisco for the holidays, swoops in to try to be her small town fix-it hero. That is until she realizes she may want to keep Ben around for *other* uses. This one is a cute, quick romance. Ben is Jeanie’s brother so it was important to have read the first two books to really get the full story; our side characters play some pretty big roles. I really liked learning about Ben and Kira’s backgrounds and why they are both somewhat resistant to falling for each other. But, they did lack the same amount of chemistry we are used to in the DH series - but I’m also biased bc I adored Hazel and Noah in book two.Read if you like:🌶️ Hallmark holiday romance with spice😒 Grinchy FMC❤️ He falls first💪 Strong independent FMC🥮 Cinnamon roll MMC (we need a cinnamon roll emoji…)

Cute story
Quick read and very cute storyline. Great writing for such a short read. I do recommend this book. The series is good.

Getting better
I liked this one better than the last. I felt like the plot moved along much better. I enjoyed the growth of both characters. Especially Kira. It is kind of funny when the book makes fun of the romcoms, and it is just one big romcom in its own way. I do enjoy the friendships and characters reappearing from the first two books. Looking forward to book number 4.

this one was ok. I sorta stoped paying attention after 15 chapters .
This one was ok . Nothing to gag over and the story just seemed generic and repetitive . But other than that nothing to gag over and the hype is not there .

One of my new favorite series!
This is a classic grumpy to sunshine trope Christmas romcom and I was so there for it! Laurie Gilmore has become my new auto buy / comfort author. Her books just feel like home and make me smile. I love the Dream Harbor setting and would love to be any one of the characters she writes about in this beloved town.Synopsis:Kira North hates Christmas, but that didn’t stop her from buying a Christma Tree Farm. She’s on a quest to make her own way after her twin sister deserted her after getting married and leaving the country. Logan who is visiting his sister Jeanie for the holidays inadvertenly tresspases on her property during a walk with his three adorable dogs. Kira is beyond irritated at this stranger who is compelled to fix the rundown farmhouse that she has just purrchased. Slowly Kira begins to see what a catch Logan is but she’s n ot ready to settle down and neither is he because after the holidays he’ll be returning to his life on the west coast. My thoughts:I can’t get enough of this series! I loved the banter between Kira and Logan and the spciy ways they spent being snowed in. lEven though these books have a lot of spice there is always a lot of heart betweent the characters and always a grand gesture that I love!
