My husband usually buys our trash bags, and Amazon Basics is one of the brands that we like. However, he usually buys a different size, different color and unscented version.These 13 gallon Force Flex bags just fit our kitchen trash can which is 17" wide, 11" deep and 25 1/2" high. This makes it easier to put the bag in and take it out versus the oversized 30 gallon bags he had been buying. But, the bags are getting some small tears from being stretched too much. I think a bigger and taller bag would work better for us. It's too bad there isn't an in between size, because it's hard to find the right size for our tall trash can. Bigger seems to be better though.I also wish these bags came in black like the 30 gallon do. The white color makes them a bit see through. My preference is not to see the trash.I like that these bags are offered in scented and unscented versions. I prefer unscented, but the lavender bags are lightly scented so it isn't too noticeable.Overall, we like these bags, but I think we'll stick to the ones we had been getting. We might reconsider if they add additional sizes and colors.

The Amazon Basics Force Flex trash bags appear to be no different than name-brand trash bags. The bags have a ripple that allows for easy expansion and stretch. I don't enjoy masking scents, and the same applies here. The lavender bag smells like burnt plastic, and the clean scent reminds me of a dryer sheet, but both are vague and unnecessary. If you are the type who enjoys scented bags, I would choose the clean scent over the lavender, but beware if you are sensitive to scents, as these bags gave me a headache.

These trash bags smell great! The classic clean scent that I got has a refreshing smell that is reminiscent of hand soap. The smell is not too overpowering and just enough that it will help keep the stinky trash odors at bay. The bags fit well into my trash can and does not fall off easily. The drawstring feature works well and is strong enough to hold the weight of my trash without ripping when I hold the drawstrings to take out the trash.The bags themselves are strong enough that they do not tear. They are a great alternative to name brands and definitely a bargain.

These do exactly what I need them to do - hold and remove trash from my house. The only difference I have noticed compared to my experience with other brands is that these do not stretch as much before ripping and the handles are more prone to ripping out the slots. However, if you're just a bit more cautious, they are perfectly fine. The scent is very light and honestly dissipates pretty quickly, but it is a non-issue. My only issue was the ease of them coming out of the box at the start. I was wrestling something getting the first 8 or so out, but once it loosened up a little, it was fine. These are definitely a more affordable option, and I would recommend these to those looking for more affordable alternatives to the big names.

It has nice scent and it stretches well. Fits well in my kitchen trash can. I have used it for 2 weeks and I have had no leaks or rips. I’ll definitely buy this again.

These bags compare favorably with the drawstring tear resistant bags made by the big brand, but they are a more economical choice. They are very strong bags. The lavender scent is very light, which is good because scents can bother me, and this one does not. Highly recommended.
