I was iffy about buying this when I read the reviews. But all of the reviews I read were wrong or at least didn’t apply to what I received. The medical tag was NOT scratched, it was clear. I was ABLE to read the words clear as day. The font and size of the letters were big enough and legible. I ordered the bracelet a size up because I kept reading that it was small. So I went up a size and it was a mistake. It’s a bit big on me. If I ever order another one, I’m going to order the 6 inch one. Other than that though, I absolutely love this medical ID bracelet!! It’s perfect and so new looking. It’s in amazing condition. The color of the chord is beautiful too. I love this! I love it so much! Thank youuu!!

I ordered this to have just in case. I measured my wrist and could have gone up 1/2 a size but it fits fine. Hopefully as I wear it and it wears in it may loosen up a bit. Very sturdy. The customized information looks great and is very legible. I would definitely buy this unit again.

Sturdy product. I’ve worn mine everyday for 6 months and it has stretched just a bit and is now very comfortable. I recommend ordering 1/2 inch larger than your wrist - it will still arrive as tight, but wearable. It will loosen up with time and then you’ll love it.

Pros- Fashionable, well made, great price and arrived on time.Cons- No stretch to bracelet so make sure you measure your wrist and then add another 1" so you will have some room in between your wrist and the bracelet. Since this bracelet is personalized, you can't return it so make sure you pay attention to the size and measure twice before placing you order. The first bracelet we got was too small so we had to order a size larger.

This medical alert bracelet is bulky but the snap and Paracord is durable. The alert ID, however, is not durable. After a short time, it was full of deep scratches. It feels like a delicate material, not like stainless steel.

Well, I didn’t think I would rave about a medical ID bracelet, but please allow me to do so. The bracelet is well made and one of the few bracelets that fits large or wide wrists. It also is substantial in the sense that it’s not flimsy or of cheap quality… In fact, I think the bracelet is one of the best overall for quality.Also, important, their customer service is exceptional. Lightning quick responses and even with a problem with my order, they were so helpful. I do a great deal of shopping on Amazon and I’m always impressed when customer service for a purchase is as great as the product.Highly recommend.
