Wow, am I ever thrilled I gifted myself this Krustic bread baker. It is heavy duty, durbale, looks great, cleans easily and bakes up a beautiful loaf; giving the bread a nice lift and golden brown finish. The silcone liner contributes to sustianability, as you're not wasting parchment paper. The price was very reasonable compared to other models. So gald I went for it. Loving my sourdough journey.

It’s heavy, but easier to use than my conventional dutch ovens. It seems to hold in steam better, too. I bake two sourdough loaves a week, and I love this pan!

I started making sourdough bread in 2018, before it became the rage due to shortage of commercial yeast when Covid hit. I used Dutch ovens, either ceramic, cast iron, enameled cast iron or stainless steel. The results improved the more often I made the bread. I never used an actual bread cocotte such as this one. Thought it was unnecessary. I saw this on YouTube and decided to give it a try. I used my tried and true no knead sourdough recipe from King Arthur. Results were awesome. Dark and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with great crumb. Worth every penny if you take pride in your bread!

It is great, but I will say the first time I used it, my rack on my new stove in oven somehow scratched the bottom a little. Doesn't effect the way it bakes but was bummed it scratched on just the rack in stove. But it cleans easy and does a great job baking my sourdough bread. It is heavy!

I really like this for making my sourdough bread and my artesian bread. It is very heavy so you must be careful when it’s hot. It is easy to clean and I like the vibrant red color. I would recommend it.

My Daughter started making sourdough bread and absolutely loves this pot. It’s her bread perfect and makes a great crust.

Bought this for sourdough making and it is great. We already had a larger cast iron dutch oven, but I wanted something that was more form fitting for baking sourdough. This totally changed the crust and crumb of our sourdough, for the better. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and best of all it looks really great. I highly recommend this for bread making.
