Boight this for longer road trips for my 4 yr old. Awesome build quality, Item was better than described, the installation was easy! My daughter no longer strains her neck while dozing off on rides. Great functionality, It is capable of being adjusted in multiple positions and directly up to be out of the way when not needed. Padding is comfortable and material is easy to clean! Great value for the money!

The setup was very easy, and functionality was as advertised. Not as padded as I would like, but seemed comfortable when my child fell asleep and stopped their head from falling to the side.

Great price, is comfortable and adjusted well match the color of our truck and give us stability for rest when we traveled far the quality is great and looks good too.

my son only uses now the regular small booster seat and so when hed fall asleep in the car he would be turning trying to find a comfortable spot with this it helps him stay in place while he enjoys his nap

We really wanted to like this headrest. Our son is still in a booster, but our daughter is older and was a little jealous of the headrest for longer car rides. The materials seem decent overall, and the headrest pieces are soft. However, the actual headrest parts are very small, and, being constructed of mostly plastic, are not very supportive. There's a ton of flex when laying your head against one of the sides, and it does not seem like this will last that long.The main issue is that it sits too low to really be very comfortable. This might vary by the make or model of your vehicle, however seats are generally around the same size. Adding this to the top of the seat doesn't put it in a position to offer that much support for even a small adult. The headrests are positionable, but then there's too much flex due to the all plastic construction to truly be supportive. Honestly, I worry the sides are going to break right off from our daughter just laying her head against them.If you have smaller kids, this may fare better, but I'd expect they'd already be in a carseat at that point.

My son passes out in the car all the time and was leaned over to the middle seat even with his seatbelt on. This headrest extender helps SO much. He stays sitting upright even if he falls asleep. We could easily go on a trip now and I wouldn't be worried about him being in his booster seat.
