It comes with a knee pad
Ab rollers are not complicated. This item is no different. It delivers and you're going to get a great workout. I love that it comes with a knee pad so now i can use this on any type of floor.you have to not go so far out with the roller that you cannot control it coming back. It is very important to not go so far that you end up hurting your back. Word to the wise

It's a 3.5 star product for me
Yes, it is an ab wheel with a knee pad. They are of good quality, but is it good for the value? I'm not so sure. With this aside, the assembling process (which was very straightforward) took longer than anticipated as the handle grip was very resistant to fit around the bar. The upside to this is that you'd get a grippy, sturdy handle, but having to assemble it myself was a turn-down for me. Although I gave it a 4-star review, this is more like a 3.5-star product for me.I'm part of the Vine program and have received this product in exchange for my honest and non-biased opinion as a review.
