FIFINE H9W White 3.5mm/USB Gaming Headset

I was asked to review this headset for my YouTube channel alongside the FIFINE H13BWP, so here's my honest experience using it for both work and gaming. Wire & Cable Length I'd seen reviews mentioning wire tangling being an issue but like with the H13, I didn't run into this at all. The braided cables add a touch of durability, and the length gave me plenty of freedom to move around. That said, I did find the headset a bit bulky to manage when quickly removing it for virtual meetings the wire made it a bit fiddly. That's a personal gripe though, and I'd say the vast majority of people will be using this purely for gaming, where it won't be an issue at all. One Minor Gripe The mute button doesn't always sync perfectly with mute controls in some voice apps. I found this myself with Microsoft Teams, where it didn't natively muter. Not a dealbreaker at all though, and it's worth keeping in mind that this is primarily a gaming headset, so Teams integration was never really what it was designed for. A minor gripe in the grand scheme of things. It's a lightweight headset at around 260g, the light weight made it feel like you weren't even wearing a headset. Like the H13, there were sessions where I forgot I had it on. The lightweight design and breathable ear cushions provide lasting comfort, while the moderate ear cup depth avoids pressure or harsh contact with your ears during extended play. One thing to note those with bigger ears may find the ear cups a little tight. The mic genuinely impressed me. During a few work calls I had a fan running on max in the background nobody on the call could hear it at all. The compact capsule mic helps reduce background noise from keyboards, mouse clicks, and PC fans, keeping communication clean and focused. It's also detachable, which is great for casual gaming sessions when you don't need it. The Big Advantage Over the H13 This is where the H9 pulls ahead of its sibling the H13. The ability to use both USB and 3.5mm gives you great flexibility if you're bouncing between PS4, Switch, Xbox, and PC, the H9 has you covered without any issues. The H13 is USB-only and won't work with Xbox at all, so if you game across multiple platforms, the H9 is the smarter buy. The surround sound does add to the experience it delivers enough immersion to pick up directional cues without breaking the bank, with gunfire and explosions feeling powerful but not overdone, while the mid range stays clean for picking up footsteps in an FPS. It's worth noting the 7.1 is only available when using the USB connection, not the 3.5mm jack. Some users have reported occasional static crackle when using the 7.1 surround feature I'd suggest toggling it and seeing what works best for your setup. Just like the H13, it couldn't be simpler. When plugging into a Windows via USB, it registers as your default sound device with no drivers needed completely plug and play. Unlike the H13, there's no RGB here, which actually suits me fine it's just a clean matte black with a subtle smiley face on the ear cups, understated enough to wear outside without shouting "gamer." If you're after lighting effects, you'll want the H13 instead The mute button doesn't always sync perfectly with mute controls in some voice apps not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you're switching between Discord, Teams, or Zoom regularly. For the price, the H9 is a strong all rounder. The mic noise cancellation genuinely surprised me, the cross platform flexibility is a real bonus, and it's comfortable enough for long sessions. If you game across multiple devices and don't need RGB, this is the one to go for. If you're PC only and want the fancier feature set and lighting, look at the H13 instead.

Theyre great, had them for a while now, theyre almost fully noise cancelling, they connect so well and have two different lengths of cable to connect, theyre great for gaming if you need that ‘surround sound’ vibe to it where it makes it easier to hear where people are coming from, it works well, they fit perfectly and dont get uncomfortable after hours of wearing them and are super comfy, theyre easy to adjust the size of them around your head, as well as how long you want the connection cable. theyre great for gaming. 100% recommend for budget gaming headsets.

honestly no complaints it has good audio quality, the wire is very long and lets you plug it into a controller or pc as well as lets you change the volume of your mic and headset honestly worth the hype I would buy it if I were you

had this product for a while and was honestly pleasantly surprised by the quality, however the left ear has randomly stopped working, i think due to the wire, has to be at a weird angle to work. its ashame as i loved these but, i dont think theyre made to last

As soon as I took these headphones out of the box, I was so impressed with the way they looked. They feel very sturdy and very premium. I have used the headset now for over 50+ hours and I am even more impressed with the performance. These have 7.1 surround sound and this makes the audio so crisp and clear! I am not exaggerating when I say they are on par with my £100+ gaming headset, if not better. They are extremely comfortable as well, as I forget I'm wearing them. People who have headphones on for long periods will know, that after a while they can cause an aching but I have had nothing like this with these, even after wearing them in one session for 10 hours. It is so nice to have a decent set of headphones at such a reasonable price that are so comfortable to wear. The mic attached is clear, I asked for feedback from people in chat and they have said there is no issues so I am very pleased about that. The headset has exceeded my expectations in everything and whether it has been gaming, music or even a movie the sound has been fantastic. So much so, my sister has also bought another set for my nephew for Christmas as I recommend these so much! So, in my opinion especially for the price, do not hesitate to get these ordered if you are in the market for a new headset!

Headset died after 10 months of constant daily usage, which isn't half bad considering the price. The sound was pretty good quality (though I personally preferred stereo mode over the virtual 7.1) and the cups were comfortable enough for long term use. I would recommend it if you need a semi-decent headset on a budget. If you want quality however, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

This headset works great and the sound quality is amazing. It is very adjustable volume as well as how it fits, whether you have a small or big head. The colour is extremely cute and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve had it since last Christmas and the cable is still in brand new condition. No bending or fraying. All in total it’s an excellent headset and I would 100% recommend it for any gamer or studio user.

Honestly I used to love Fifine products, but in recent times, everything is sub-par. Even for the budget price, it's still just going to take up room in your bin at the end of the day. Things used to last, now they are rickety out of the box. Mine came with lovely mysterious stains, thrown into a dishevelled box. I didn't buy a used product either. The fit isn't comfortable. It isn't super uncomfortable, but frankly those commenting on it's comfort must've never worn truly comfortable headphones. The padding is weak around the headband, and the earcups don't even attempt at making a close seal. On my headset, the wires above the earcups were even different lengths. One was very long and in any amount of time, they will snag on something. The wire for the headset itself is uncomfortably short, so at any measurable distance (ie, computer is on the floor) then the cable will pull your head down to make your gamer posture just that much better. The microphone makes a scratchy static noise, even though it has been set up and inserted perfectly. It cannot pick up my voice for more than a few words before plummeting in sound. I cannot speak a sentence without the microphone seemingly restarting. Words are continuously being completely missed despite being spoken alongside one another at the same level. The additional cable takes up a USB port which is a bit annoying, but thankfully it is a ridiculously long length, because why wouldn't it be? There seems to be no way to change the sound or mute the mic without this eyesore of a cable sitting somewhere near you. Honestly, it is absolute chinese tat. Another failure for what was once such a fantastic brand.

Ps5 konsoluna bağlamak için satın almıştım. Konsolda iyi çalışıyor fakat sesler sürekli garip geliyor.Tizleri patlıyor anlamadım. Pc ye bağladım herhangi bir driver vs de yok. Ayrıca pc de ses açma tuşuna bastığımda artıyor 2,3 kademe sonrası tış bidaha çalışmıyor.

Amazing Sound Quality and Mic Quality. Cable controller and length is also great. The foam around ears is also soft material and easy for long term gaming use.
