I had a bad pain in my back and this machine really helps me to feel better. I am using the machine 3 times a day and it works great for me. One of the things that I like most about the machine is portability and good design.

O ring and other tiny parts came out of hose. Major leaks. Not worth the money. Will not work now without leaking. Cannot return as bought awhile before surgery and it’s too late now.

The media could not be loaded.  There are not many parts to this Cold Therapy System, making it simple to install and operate. I'm thrilled that it relieved my pain so effectively after having a hip replacement. I utilized mine. It cools right away. The tools necessary to position and hold the pad in the proper location. I utilized the little, freezer-safe bags that shippers use to keep their cargo cool in place of ice. Works flawlessly.
