I liked the matte of the frame - the pictures were spaced out nicely and not crunched together like some others I looked at. I did not like the quality of the frames they were very poorly made and 2 out of 4 of my first order (white) arrived broken. My second order (pink) of 4 arrived all in one piece and perfect. Some of the other reviews mentioned glass broken- I did not have this problem at all. The 2nd order arrived packaged nicely in bubble wrap.Chose to give this 2 stars because overall the frames did arrive in good condition; but the quality of the frame like others said are foam like and do not hold together well.

Aweful quality. The Frame appears to be some kind of hard Foam board coated or covered in plastic. I am having to superglue all 4 sides back together. I picked it up and one side just fell off them as I was trying to take the glass out so it didn’t get broke another side just fell off.. really cute tho..

This is the second time ive bought this! The first time the glass was broken! This time the frame was completely broken into 3 different pieces!! I was just going to fix it, but its not even able to be fixed! If i could give this less than one star i would!!

Cheaply made. Ordered two- one came with the frame falling apart, the other came with a smudge on the inside mat.

Picture frame arrived with broken glass, like other reviewers said. Had to return it.

This product is cute but needs to be packed better. The frame and glass was broken to pieces.

So much smaller than I expected , luckily I can take out the cardboard and use as a regular frame
