Order During Cool/Cold Months
Sanders caramels are delightful. But I'll not order them again from Amazon, regardless the deal or convenience. Mine arrived half melted from their day-long stay in the delivery truck.

Replaced them or give me a refund. No Good….
The appearance went opened, looked like an old batch of chocolate, and the caramel was grainy. There was not enough salt on the outside of the candy.I prefer to get a replacement or a refund..The taste was not right, so they must be an old batch.Peggy Montgomery

Best Chocolate covered caramels around
These are amazing dark chocolate covered caramels - the best we've found, especially considering their price. When we bring them to parties they "disappear" quickly, so have enough on hand or keep them hidden and don't tell anyone you have them.

Discolored Look old
Must’ve been exposed to temperature changes, chocolate, turn, white, looks very old. Would not give this as a gift to anyone.

I love Sanders chocolates for the richness of their caramel and the intensity of the chocolate, but I have been turned off lately by purchases that just weren’t as creamy as I expected. So I have switched to buying a single jar at my grocery store. It may be more expensive but the chocolates are fresh and flavorful which is the most important reason to buy expensive chocolate. I don’t recommend this brand, especially with its suspect description of “generic” How can a name brand be generic?
