LaserXplore Smart Laser Christmas Lights, Wi-Fi Moving Star projector with 7 Lighting Mode, Controlled by iOS and Android, Compatible with Amazon Alexa

The light itself works wonderfully. I spent the extra money to purchase the light with the WiFi capabilities. The LaserXplore app simply does not work properly. After trying two different devices, multiple times over 2 days, I finally got it to sync with my WiFi. It worked for a few minutes and now, nothing. The app says the product is offline despite being plugged in and ready to go. There appears to be no costumer support for LaserXplore. The app is bare bones and the website seems to be, as well. I sent an email asking for guidance, but still have not received a reply. I will be returning and replacing it with a cheaper model. This light would have been worth the money if it worked as advertised.

Great product. Hard to sync with the app for Bluetooth control but other than that, it’s amazing. Makes the house look very festive. Ha multiple settings.

At this date the WiFi pairing app for IOS is not available anywhere. The Wifi ability was why I bought it.
