This is actually Kippy, Jeremy's wife. I've had infusers in the past that are plastic containers with plastic baskets, but even with washing in the dishwasher they get grimy. The corners of the holes in the basket get gross and then I just won't use it. I carry a 64-ounce HydroFlask with me pretty much everywhere I go, all year 'round. Nevada is so dry, it's imperative to keep hydrated. But plain water gets really boring after a while. I was thrilled to find this metal infusing basket that fits beautifully inside the HydroFlask even with ice in it. I bought two, to keep them constantly rotating through the dishwasher. The plastic bottom is weird, but not a deal-breaker. I also appreciate the long detachable stem, so that we could easily use these in pitchers for parties, too.Very happy with these products.

I bought this item thinking it was completely stainless steel, it is not. The bulk of it is well built, then they slapped on a cheap, pink, plastic cover! What a shame... The only other complaint is that I got a metal sliver from the stem, not too pleased about that, I've since filed that down. Overall, it's not horrible, but not worth the $20 I spent. If it was completely stainless steel, I'd be ok with the sliver, but that cheap plastic cover...

Well made, easy to clean, like the handle idea, is was just a little small, for what I am using it for

I like the stainless steel material. I was little disappointed that it did not fit into my water bottle. I have to make it up in a pitcher and then transfer into my bottle. The top that holds the screwed in stirring function is tricky to get it to stay tightened, you have to fiddle with it to get it to hold.I felt that it was little pricey!

My daughter enjoys infused water, which is expensive to purchase at the store so we thought that we would try to infuse some water at home. The infuser is sturdy with a long stem that makes for easy placement and removal from the vessel you are using for infusing. The trouble I have is with the top metal dome, it takes a bit of adjustment to make sure that it is on correctly so that the ingredients that you have placed in it do not fall out into the liquid you are infusing. So that is why I only gave 4 stars. Otherwise I think it will be in good working order for a while as it is sturdy and, since it is stainless, will not leach the different flavors from one batch of water to another.

While it is easy to clean the size of the infuser in relation to height and diameter is somewhat small. The infuser holds round berries more than it does citrus thinly sliced fruits, or sliced strawberries. It's doable but if you're expecting a large size ( 7 inches in height this maybe without the screw in rod at the top) beware.

Love the stainless steel. Works great. I do wish the bottom were also made of stainless steel and not pink plastic.

Easier to use then cheese cloth

I was looking for something that wasn’t completely plastic and that would go nicely with my existing glass water jug. I’m trying to get my grandkids to drink infused water but they don’t like the floaty bits, so this infuser is perfect. Easy to assemble and slots nicely into a narrow water jug like mine.
