I never knew Taping my Mouth would give me More Energy! 😂 But it’s true! I breath through my mouth at night and don’t sleep well. I take melatonin every night and still wake up. 👀But not since using this X type mouth tape.I expected my mouth to stay closed but had no idea of what great night sleeps I would get! And upon awakening have so much more energy throughout the day. Plus my mouth doesn’t dry out. The only negative I can find is that I’m allergic to Latex so I was careful to buy the non-allergic latex free. And I’m still having a slight reaction on my lips. It maybe the adhesive but it’s affecting the inside of my lips as well. Has anyone else had this? 🤷🏼‍♀️

The tape stays on really well and it can be reused if you choose. It didn’t stop my snoring or blowing but I think it wasn’t quite as loud, but a deeper snore would wake me up. I did learn that I can breathe entirely through my nose which I didn’t think was possible!! I don’t think I will buy more after I use all of these!

I have been wearing this type for about a month. It keeps my mouth shut all night while I sleep. Peels off easy in the morning. The adhesive is just enough to keep my mouth from falling open but not enough to be uncomfortable.

I've been mouth taping for years now and I just hop on amazon and get whatever brand pops up but these are terrible quality! literally no sticky

This tape is a game changer. My husband doesn’t snore as much and I can finally get some uninterrupted sleep. The adhesive is sticky and easy to remove in the morning. Once you get used to the feeling you’ll sleep great (what he says).

Stays on, a little too strong. My lips have been so chapped and it pulls the skin off. It helps me sleep throughout the night, but I prefer other brands I’ve used.
