It works, if you can get your sprayer to work
I like the product and it seems to be working, but I'm not even half way through the bottle and the sprayer has stopped working. I've tried cleaning it out with water, it'll work for maybe two squirts and then stops. You can't take the top off, so it has become a waste of money and I'm not able to get full use of the product.

Works well when used as directed.
The price is a bit high. I have a minor bed bug problem and am trying to keep it from becoming a major problem. I used the Harris before and the bed bugs came back, but I think my room was re-invested from another room. That problem seems to be under control now, so I'm trying again.
