These brackets are an excellent deal and the quality exceeded my expectations. Sometimes I'm a little slippery on the drill and end up hitting whatever I'm trying to secure with the bit on my drill and inevitably scratch the finish, these brackets don't show a mark! Love that for me!

Great Wall brackets
Nice heavyweight wall bracket. Used these for shelves over the bed, so I needed something meaty. These delivered!

These worked perfect for my 1 X 8 shelving.
I used 2 brackets for each 40" long shelf and the shelves are sturdy for some books and lighter weight boxes. I wound up dabbing a little white paint on the screw heads to make the screws blend in better with the bracket -they screws supplied are brass-colored. I'd recommend these brackets for 8" deep shelves.
