Cat of Nine Tails Whip - Leather Whip

I gave this product 3 stars because it is a good product for the low price i purchased it for. More stars might cause others to believe this is of similar quality to more expensive ones. Fewer stars would be unfair, since this product is reasonable for its price point. It is somewhat small, and the leather is stiff - but it works fine for the purpose I had in mind. Wetting it or applying a leather cream softens the leather quite a bit.

Well worth the price and perfect for my Halloween costume. Well made and again well worth the price. Nice conversation piece for the party.

Poorly made and it smells bad. In fact it stinks! Not worth it at any price, unless you want it for a costume prop.

It IS leather. And it does sting appropriately. Unfortunately, in very short time, it began falling apart. Sharp metal tacks are used to keep the leather parts attached. They began coming off along with strand(s) of the whip. In 2 days, it was useless.

a cheap, but real leather whip. i can see how it may eventually fall apart over time, but hey. if you want something that will last forever you need to spend more than $10

I wasn't exactly thrilled with this product. It had a strong smell upon opening it. I had to let it air out in the basement for a few days. The strands were broken on two of the strings. The construction could have been better, however for the price I guess I can't complain. It was a great prop for the outfit I wore for presentation purposes. I would definitely invest in a more expensive version if used for any reason other than costume purposes.

It's inexpensive, but not cheap (at least the one I got wasn't)the little Chinese boy in the sweatshop must of been having a good day that day. But, it slaps dat ash damn good.

I always read reviews before I purchase and this came highly recommended.I was very dissapointed in the product when I got it.the leather was dried and crumbling and I wound up throwing it in the trash.If you are buying this for any purpose other than a "gag gift"SAVE YOUR MONEY
