The big pad does not work. So, I had a great idea. Why not try the 2 small pads on my abs! Work really well.You can locate the area that needs to be deepened. It works with 2 AAA.It is very good to firm the skin and tighten it a little .... to avoid the surgery!Also, great for after a hard workout to avoid the body aches (soreness)But of course, do not dream ... I simply love this stimulator. Not only does it work, it even massages small aches and pains away.I just now bought a second one for a friend of mine. He said it is the best birthday gift ever.It works exactly as specified and it gives a nice massage to the muscles where it is put on.When you try it you will notice that you have muscles you did not even know of.I noticed one review where a customer complaints that it would fall of and that it shocks.This is not my experience at all. Just remove the the back cover and it sticks. Also, start out on the lowest level and slowly increase power and you will not think you get shocked. I even use it to comfort my back pain. It works !Also, great seller. Delivers on time and as promised.

Did my first test after 20 minute on stage 2 as i was working the Notebook. This will be my backup when the weather is bad outside. I'll be using it when i can't get to the gym. Thank you Miguel

The first thing I noticed was the package looked open there were no extra gel pads.My 1st impression was its smaller than I expected you can see actual size in the pics.After useing an actual stimulator from chiropractic office this does not compare. This cannot produce an axtual muscle contraction it only penetrated they first layer just below the skin not to deep muscle.You have no control over placement of the electrodes so if you want to play around with smaller muscle groups maybe it would work.

will only send currant to 2 of 8 pads . arm pads dried out fall off first time use

Mines doesn’t even turn on . I don’t know if it’s because I’m using energized batteries and not alkaline batteries ? I’m going to buy alkaline batteries and try again but if it doesn’t work still I need a refund .

It was good while it lasted but it stop working after 2 wks
