Of the five bulbs received, only one was actually 118mm long and thus the correct length. The other 4 are 116mm at most and do not make contact with the lamp fittings. Very poor item quality control and I would suggest you avoid these like the plague!Worse still, Amazon don't offer their normal impeccable returns service but expect me to take them to a collection point rather than the usual Post Office auto generated pre-paid shipping labels, so I am going to have to just write-off the cost of 4 faulty bulbs!I hope that this isn't a new returns system being put in place by Amazon as it will greatly reduce my liklihood of buying from them as my immediate first choice supplier.What's happening to your customer service Amazon?

disappointed in the brightness of these bulbs not as bright as the 120 watt I have in.

lamp gave out a very dull orange glow, no good to me, had to return them, I expected a strong white light
