Yamaha EMX7 12-input Stereo Powered Mixer Amplifier Musician Band Speaker PA with 8 20ft Estudiostar XLR Cables

Coming from the Yamaha EMX 5012sc and having many of these in the last 20 years not a great improvement. The x5 has a little more power but less pre-amp headroom or maybe less rca output. The digital FX not audible better at 24 bit than the previous 16 bit. Small screen makes it hard to tune the graphic EQ. I like the handles. The feedback suppresor is cool but I would have preferred a frequency detector led so I can cut where is needed . Metal chassis makes it heavier than previous emx 5012 probably the price you pay for more watt power. I wonder who they are listening to when they design new products.
