Priceless Northwest read and cookbook
I could not put this book down. I was one of those individuals and a chef-instructor from Seattle Culinary Academy that remembers the Herbfarm from before the beginning of the restaurant through spending a return to industry intern in the early 2000’s with Chef Jerry Traunfeld. I believe every Northwest gourmand would enjoy reading this book and trying the lovely recipes!

Even Better!
We have the original Herbal Kitchen which has many flavorful dishes, but love the stories and recipes in this new version. It brings us back to their humble beginnings. We’ve been going to the Herbfarm with our kids since they were 10 and 25+ years later continue to enjoy every moment at this PNW gem; the recipes are fabulous!

I found a world of knowledge and a lifetime of inspiration in these pages. I'm originally from the Northwest and a cookbook cover-to-cover reader. This is among the best. The restaurant is not to be missed - the book is to be treasured.
