Is the ink color in this pen blue or black?

It is black but the pen is NOT worth the money. The ink skips just days after purchasing it.

What is the part number for refills?

I can't find a number on the refill, but it's called Parker Quink, gel. It's not easy to find! I have to order them - all color refills, online! Hope this is helpful.
