Weekday Lifesaver!
This makes a great weeknight meal with little time or effort. All you have to do is put the sauce in one bowl, and the coating in another, then dip each piece of chicken into the sauce and dredge with crumbs. Then onto a baking sheet and into the oven, and in less than half an hour, dinner is ready. The dipping sauce is very thick, and it really sticks to the chicken. So much so that you might run out of sauce after dipping two or three chicken breasts in it. I found that scraping some of the sauce off the chicken after dipping helped stretch it out so that I had enough. But you could probably thin it out with a little bit of water, too.The coating adhered to the chicken well and created that "oven fried" texture after baking. The instructions say to spread any remaining breading over the breasts, which I did. I found that I had to cover the breasts with foil the last 5 or so minutes of baking time to keep the extra crumbs from getting too brown. My family and I loved this! it was really flavorful -- nutty, garlicky -- and had a great crunch to it. If you love fried chicken but tend to stay away from fried foods, give this a try.

Not bad, but not an authentic Thai taste.
Don't get me wrong, this is not a bad sauce, it's just now what I would consider an authentic Thai taste. If you are like me and usually make your own sauces then you may not like this. If you are looking for a generic peanut sauce, the this is pretty good by standard definitions, but if you are looking for an authentic Thai experience and trying to recreate that wrap sauce you had in the restaurant, this isn't going to cut it. I did rescue this with adding a little fish sauce, some lime and some tamarind paste. I even added a tiny bit of sesame oil and that seemed to do the trick. So if you are looking for authentic, sorry this isn't really it. You should google a Thai peanut sauce recipe, they are not that hard to make. I just live in a very hot climate now and sometimes I don't feel like cooking so I got this due to the good reviews. I probably won't buy this for myself, but if you don't really care about authentic taste, then this should be a good sauce for you.

Better than I thought it would be
When talking about Thai-flavored food, it's important to remember than products for the masses attempt to achieve a balance through less rather than more. This product is just fine for its intended use: The chicken is put into a garlic sauce and then dipped into a dry peanut and spice coating. It produces a nice crust on chicken and fish. Now, here's a tip: Want it spicier, add some hot sauce to the garlic sauce or red pepper to the coating. Want a more pronounced coconut taste, add some coconut oil to the sauce or finely chopped coconut to the peanut coating. Want a stronger curry taste, add some Thai curry paste to the garlic sauce or curry powder to the dry coating. Get the drift? And to knock it out of the park, consider making some Peanut-Coconut Satay Sauce, which takes about 5 minute (lots of recipes on the web).

Not only was this super delicious, it was incredibly easy to prepare
Oh. My. Goodness. Not only was this super delicious, it was incredibly easy to prepare. The package comes with a pouch of coating and a pouch of peanut topping. All you do is dip the raw chicken in the coating then the topping and bake for less than 30 min. Neither my boyfriend nor I could get enough. Additionally, the package suggested using tin foil on the baking sheet which made clean up a breeze! I'm super happy with the ease of this meal as well as the taste. I highly recommend! We ate it with frozen stir fry veggies and some basmati rice. Yum!

it's not coconutty in flavor and doesn't taste like satay, so I'm a bit confused
It looks so promising. The crunchy coating is great--crunchy and peanutty; however, the packet of white stuff that you smear on your meat first? I don't know what it's supposed to be, it's not coconutty in flavor and doesn't taste like satay, so I'm a bit confused. It looks like wall paper paste, and offers up zero in the way of flavor for the finished product.

Good.
This was fun to eat for a change in flavor. It tastes pretty good but peanut flavor was a little weak - it could've been better.

Four Stars
Tastes great, but dont try and do it in a Wok with Beef instead of chicken. Rack City!

Wasn't a huge fan of the flavors. Also doesn't include a sauce to eat along side your chicken which is disappointing considering the title description.
