After one year the ac went out of order.The board was malfunctioning.Error code E6 shown.I have registered for service with blue star and their service centre After few days on my repeated call they came and checked and said faulty board and taken it and ordered for new one after a week they brought it and fixed but it was not working.Then again the said the new board is faulty .Now again it was taken for new board which they have to order.So about 2 weeks passed The ac was not got repaired.I think blue sty acs quality is poor or the amazon's product may be a reconditioned oneSo don't go for itAlso poor service is provided

Delivered on time and installation done by offical bluestar representative on the next day. Noise level is low. Need to note that the standard installation costs about Rs 1500 and additional fittings cost Rs 1200 minimum for compressor stand.

Good product. One 5* a/c is equal to one 3* fan

Worst product.. Never buy

during the installation AC was not working, Blue star Technician informed the circuit Board has some issue. since more then one month no update from the bluestar service provider. I have sent mail to custome care with remainder but no replied.
