I use these for inserting into 3d printed parts.While more expensive than the innumerable Chinese similar products on Amazon, the quality is obvious.They feature a tapered 'start' which makes them much more accurate and easy to insert than the flat Chinese inserts.Unlike Chinese inserts they have 45 degree knurling in both directions, which makes them resist both twisting and pulling forces when in use. The Chinese ones have knurling running only parallel to the length of the insert meaning they have weak pull force resistance.Smaller radius than Chinese parts, this means I can fit the inserts into tighter and smaller designs, and I don't need to make my insert holes as big.All the same size! While a Chinese assortment pack is good to start out, I found I was soon left with a lot of unused inserts I have no use for, and run out of the useful 3mm size. Now I know what works well for 3d prints I can get just what I need.

Got these after watching CNC kitchens video on threaded heat inserts. The good thing about Ruthex is that they do have proper documentation and also part files for cad on their website making it easy to properly design things where their parts are used as a component.

Il materiale è buono e la qualità in generale è alta. Li utilizzo nella stampa 3d e non ho mai avuto problemi, anche nei serraggi più "duri".
