Tower Fan 30-Inch 45W White Quiet Oscillating 3 Speed Cool Air Timer Office Home

If you mess with the timer it ticks loudly. Once it stopped it was ok. A week later the fan started squeaking, I’d thrown all the packaging etc away, so took the screws out and greased the spindle, ok now. Won’t buy another.

It's quiet, fairly effective and was a reasonable price. I might have been able to give it a higher rating but for the very short lead. My plug sockets are at wheelchair friendly height, and once this fan is plugged in, it can't be sited more than 6 inches away from the wall. Not only that, but the fan vents are on the same side that the lead comes out, so with the shortness of the lead, it's a struggle to turn the vents away from facing the wall, which obviously isn't where you want a fan pointed . I've had to order an extension lead just to be able to use this fan, which was an unexpected & unwanted additional expense.

Product is reasonable for the price £18.99 - it has gone up since I purchased. 2 of the 10 i ordered were broken inside and very noisy as a result. the fan mechanism which spins inside is attached to the body at the top and bottom and can break if it gets a hard knock (Seller said they were still safe and offered a discount to keep them and a discount code off future orders?? they were not safe) i returned for a refund. It's not a top quality product but does the job

The Tower Fan arrived next day, Just when I needed t most, but as I opened the box I could hear loose bits rattling around inside theTower. Once out of the box I knew the " bits " should not have been floating about inside, and were obviously broken bits. Easy to connect Tower to stand. Plugged it in, great it works. Pressed oscillate, nothing happened. I guess the bits floating about inside had something to do with this. I am very disappointed about this, but as I am disabled and rarely leave my house I didn't return it as I should have.

The fan was exactly what we wanted unfortunately it arrived later than stated, but customer service was quick to respond to emails to explain the problem was due to high demand to weather conditions (hot, hot, hot) this did not help my kids to sleep unfortunately for the extra time delay :-( , now that we have it ,it is very quiet and it has helped quite a bit in the kids room, they are not complaining that they are to hot and sticky and they are sleeping through the night

The price is great, however the quality of the product probably is reflected in how cheap this fan is! The fan is made of plastic and it has rough cut edges etc. In terms of how effective it is, it does the job but I am using it in conjunction with another fan so get myself to a desired temperature! The fan itself does make some noise but you quickly get used to it.

I though about buying a fan as having trouble sleeping with the current hot weather. Delivered quickly, and easy to put together. Works well at present and is on all night without any issues at present. Because of its shape will be easy to hide in corner of bedroom.

The packaging was very bad. The screws to secure base were missing also the clip to hold cord in place.
