Great fiber supplement-clear no taste!
I have been using this dietary fiber supplement for a long time. It has no taste and can be mixed with any liquid, such as coffee, water, tea, etc. It has no odor and a clear appearance. Pill almost too big to swallow

CONVENIENT BUT MAY BE HARD FOR SOME TO SWALLOW
I've tried lots of different types of fiber supplements. For convenience, this one is the best. A lot has been said about how large the pills are for swallowing, but I have bigger pills than these, and they go down fine. The issue is the shape of the pill. It's made not cylindrical, but with 4 faces with sharp corners. These make the pills tend to stick a bit on the way down. I would not recommend these pills for someone with swallowing difficulties. That being said, they do work.

Works well
I have been using these since I started on a glp1. Since I eat a lot of protein I had to supplement my fiber. I take 2 tabs daily and it keeps me from feeling one of the common side effects of the medication.

Large dry caplets. Very hard to swallow. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, don't buy these!

Good way to get your Fiber
Works well without making you blow-up. These have no taste or odor. It's not a powder that you have to mix in a drink that leave residue and texture. Perfect ingredients to solve the problem. Great price for the product.
