I ordered this Slow mag powder, and I'm happy with it.. It's a pretty small container, and it says there are 30 servings, however, I think I only get about 20 out of it. When I saw the container size on the first time I ordered it I was confused how it could possibly be 30 serving since other brands have a much bigger container with the same amount as a serving size. Initially, I thought it would be a better price which is why I first tried it, but once I saw it didn't last me as long it's now comparable to everything else. Besides all that, it does exactly what I needed to do compared to my other favorites from other brands. You just mix it with water and it easily mixes up. It tastes really good to me, and after about 20 minutes I start to fall asleep and feel relaxed. I can't take mixes like this during the day because it makes me sleepy. Not all magnesium blends do this either, it's only certain ones with certain ingredients such as this one. When I first started taking this type of combo a few years ago, I literally stopped biting my nails after doing it for decades. I didn't understand why I was all of a sudden overcoming that until I realized my body in general was just more relaxed and at peace where I didn't need to bite them. It was so strange to start to use nail clippers..lol. You really don't want to have a nail biting issue, because I have a chipped front tooth because of all the years of doing it. Overall, I have ordered this twice now and I'm happy with it, and based on how much it is I will continue to do so, thank you.

I found out how much the lack of magnesium plays a part in pain and different chronic issues. I hate pills so I needed an Alternative. This product has worked wonders for me and now I will take it faithfully. I definitely recommended!!.

So i was dumb & got the powder version instead of the tablets. In my defense the picture on my end said tablet it never switched to the picture with the powder version. I wish the advertising was more clear. I did knock 1 star off for that reason since im pretty much my doctor wanted me to take the tablet version of this brand. Im not really sure if 1 is better then the other. I knocked a 2nd star off cause im still unsure if its even doing anything besides giving me a belly ache. As for the powder i will say it does dissolve completely which is a plus. It smells super sweet, but the raspberry lemonade taste is very mild. It does smell like its going to fizz in your mouth or burn your throat, but it doesn’t at all. The taste isn’t bad either. Im able to drink all of it without gagging. Next time i’ll order the tablet version.

They do the job. My level is be to normal. I will be ordering more.
