Here in Northern California, we care about our jeans. It’s said that blue jeans were invented in this area 150 years ago. They are my preferred garment for most occasions, and I love checking out new jeans.I found the style of this pair to be a classic bootcut jean, which is my favorite cut and flattering if one can get the length right. I’m 5’7” and the length seems just right for me. They break at the foot and won’t ever drag on the floor, even if I am walking around just in socks. That’s perfect for me, because getting pants hemmed seems to represent a level of effort that is beyond me.The fabric seems on the thin side, but they are super comfortable. The color rinse of the denim is quite light—lighter blue than I was expecting.The challenge of buying jeans is that we each have our own unique size, shape and preferences, so what works well for me won’t always work for everyone.My go-to jeans are Joe’s Jeans brand in size 28 or 29, depending on the rise and fabric. I’m a medium in pants on most women’s size charts, so that’s what I ordered here. I think the fabric has the same amount of stretch as typical designer jeans, not more than that. I like the fit of these. They are built like they have some curve to them—and give you some, too—maybe that's the push up part.

I was a little hesitant about getting a pair of JEANS from Amazon at first, but I will say I’m glad I decided to order these!They look just like they do in the picture! Granted, I am only 5ft tall and a little “thicker” (140lbs) than the girl in the picture so the way they fit me is a little different than the way they fit the girl in the picture. I usually order size large in pants if Small/Med/Large are my only options for sizing- but I went with a MEDIUM with these jeans due to the fact that I knew they would already be too long for me & the bottoms would somewhat drag on the ground when I walked because (unless I have an option to buy jeans in “short”) this happens with EVERY pair of jeans I own. So I did not want to get a large and the jeans be longer than Santa’s beard 🎅😂. I also decided to get a medium because the types of fabric used tells me that these are going to be some decently stretchy Jeans! & I like that tighter type of fit around my thighs and butt with these type of jeans.👖The material for these jeans … GREAT! Extremely comfortable! Was not hard or uncomfortable to move around in them or to sit down in them! They are very soft and not at all “stiff” like some jeans can be!As far as color, I went with the medium-ish blue ones. Not too dark but not too light. They look great! The color matches the picture for sure!The rise on these jeans is pretty high. I just had a baby a few months ago and I’m still carrying a little bit of tummy weight but these fit right over my tummy covering that “mommy pooch” very well! The only down side to all of this is that when I would sit down the button would roll inward & would push pretty hard in my stomach. The top of the pants would not actually roll down, it was just the button that would sort of turn inward so the side of it stabs my tummy. I thought at first it might be because they were in fact too small but that’s not what was going on here unfortunately. Make for a comfy but stylish pair of jeans

These were smaller than I thought but I was able to give them to my daughter who wears about a 16. I wear a size 20 and although they stretched I was not able to button them up. Stretch wise they are awesome. They do have that awkward smell to them so you may want to wash them first

I think these blue jeans look great. For the price they are great! I wear a 4 normally, so I got a small. They fit great. The leg flares out at the bottom nicely. They wash well, too. I thought they looked better in person than on the online product pic, but that might have been because I got the right size. The spandex gives them a little stretch which is nice as well. I like the high raise style and they feel very comfortable. Overall, I am very pleased.
