the best of 2000AD
I've been reading 2000AD since 1980 and this is in my top 5 (maybe even top 2!) - it's perfect storytelling - everyone involved is at the top of their game. A claustrophobic character driven masterpiece set in space which I can't recommend highly enough. I love it.

Space cops after the end of the world?
Collected together from its original presentation in 2000AD, this is a tale set aboard the many space stations the human population of the now uninhabitable Earth are now crammed into. Everyone is medicated with anti-depressants and tranqillisers to help them get by. Our protagonists are a couple of policemen, Brink (Carl Brinkman) and Bridge (Bridget Kurtis) come across a murder case which suggests something else is more sinister is going on. Is it terrorism? A secret criminal conspiracy? A cult with supernatural powers? Snarky dialogue, sharp design and intriguing world building give you an SF police proceedural with the usual twisty turny plot revelations and a hint of doubt, dispair and desparation, numbed by chemicals.

On the edge space cops
On the edge space police drama. Seriously this is the genre at its best, well written, beautifull art, compelling story lines, excellent character development, I really feel for the characters involved.
