Get the angled one, this is hard to use if the space is tight and not much reach
Hard to clamp bigger hoses and not enough reach on it, get the bigger one

No more messing with long nose pliers... these are brilliant 5 secs and done.

Efficient means of disconnecting hoses with snap close clamps
These pliers make hose clip removal much easier as the jaws are designed to prevent slipping on the clamp and locking on until released with the trigger on the side.
