There's some REALLY wrong info on this page.First, it is NOT only for use as said on this page - it will sense the temperature of anything you wrap it around (most usually, RC airplane motors) and attaches to the Eagle Tree Data Logger for recording the temperature, eg during a single or more flights, up to the capacity of the logger.Secondly, a 7-lb shipping weight is ludicrous! The whole device is much smaller than it appears in the picture, and probably weighs about 7 GRAMS! Most vendors ship it for free along with other ordered items.
