Perfect
Works perfectly as intended. Don't know why everyone else seems to be having such trouble. Ignore the floss samples it comes with, though.

Exciting premise - Disappointing performance
Unbreakable stainless steel, what's not to love - right?Well, it's so rigid that you can't get sustained tension on the floss...Even worse, the manufacturing process left sharp edges that cut the floss as you start moving it about in your mouth !??!(talk about undermining its own purpose)Going back to breakable plastic !!!

Wonderful Product, Could be Improved but I am Happy Nonetheless
I love this tool so much. Flossing normally (sticking my fingers in my mouth and getting the gunk, spit, etc on my fingers) is really difficult for me because of the overwhelming textures. I am so happy there is a tool that isn't just a single use throw away, this is exactly what I needed and it works spectacularly well.Cons:-The wheel screw is a bit short, it's trying to be flush on the other side but if you screw out too far it will fall out/off and that is a little scary if over a sink with an open drain.-I also wish the wheel was a bit wider and again not trying to be flush on the sides, it makes it a little hard to turn it and becomes almost completely inaccessible with wet fingers. The grooves for the wheel could be deeper and spaced a bit more, the wheel needs to be larger, and the screw needs to be longer with something to hold it on the other side so it doesn't fall apart so easily while still able to dissemble to clean it.Still, I love this product, the two flosses that came with it were a nice touch, not needed in my opinion with just how much floss I have saved up from all my dental visits, but it was interesting. The black floss was thinner and would be good for people with teeth that are very close together. The white floss is more fiber-y and bigger which is just generally okay. The packaging was wonderfully eco friendly as well. The overall experience for day 1 made me feel very justified in a very easy, very cheap purchase. I'm definitely going to recommend my dentist look into this for other patients that struggle with texture issues like me.

Use carefully in your mouth or freely on your horse
I’m gonna keep this because I’m trying to reduce plastic waste… However, if I had a horse, I would use it to floss its teeth. It’s really big and you have to be careful not to hit your teeth with it. I’m keeping it in my car so I can floss one-handedwhen I’m stuck in traffic.

I have been wanting an unbreakable flosser for years, now here it is!
This stainless steel flosser, on the right, is roughly a copy of the flosser type I have been using for years, pictured on left, with two differences; it is a tad smaller which is not a big deal, and it is unbreakable, which IS a big deal. The plastic one, brand name Flossaid, is an excellent tool and is the only reason I floss daily, because I refuse to put my several fingers in my mouth to floss, daily, using the floss and fingers method. Way too unhygenic. And the little plastic disposable ones are too small, I still need to put fingers in mouth to reach back teeth, too flimsy, and too wasteful. Disposable means wasteful. The big drawback to the Flossaid and similar products is they always break after a few months of use. One tine always breaks off near the handle. So they need to be replaced frequently. This cost adds up $$$.I just did a first use of the metal one and it feels like using the plastic Flossaid, just a tad smaller and heavier. The major point here, to me, is that the steel one will never break! I am very happy to have found this product.Tip: Wrap 10 or 20 yards of floss tightly around the handle. When you need to reload the fork to floss again just unwrap a few inches and put it across the tines. Each reload will be much faster than and less fumbling than reaching for the floss box. Waxed floss stays in place on the handle much better than unwaxed floss.Dentist joke: "Only floss the ones you want to keep!"

Tension issues
Doesn't maintain tension very well. Tight teeth gapping will exacerbate the problem. I believe I wasted my money.

The material and construction of the flosser is very good quality. It is easy to use and does a great job cleaning my teeth. So glad I gave it a try!

Needs Improvements
It's a very good idea, but it needs improvements. The screw should be re-engineered to be used as a ratchet to tighten the dental floss and prevent the screw from coming out. The forks should be a little flatter.
