TerraX Master Digger - 36" Double Serrated Root/Sod Shovel with 6" T-Handle - Landscaping, Gardening, Metal Detecting, and Gold Prospecting

Price point was great compared to most name brsnds. Broke on first use on farm land semi dry soil popping a plug metal detecting. My son-in-law is a master welder and I ask if he could fix it. He looked it over and said yes, also commented that the weld penetration didn’t look very good. Like it never got hot enough. Last two images are the repair and if it snaps again he is going to add a gusset on the backside. Don’t believe that will need to happen but we will see.

Nicely made but the handle to spade weld is weak, too bad, Needs a stronger weld

Head snapped off after 1 week of use metal detecting. No prying or heavy lifting, got caught on a small root, went to lift it out of the hole and the head stayed in. Wouldn't recommend

I just ordered this shovel for metal detecting I'm new to the hobby haven't recieved it yet but when I do I will come back with a full review I looked at a lot of shovels like this with the point and the serations but this looked the best for the best price point stay tuned for full review.. ok update recieved the shovel today and it was a few days early that was awesome and this digger is beautiful don't be nervous because they say very sharp it really isn't I will sharpen my self the quality is awesome very light but very strong ..I was nervous that 36 inches high would be to short but it isn't I'm 5'11" and this is the perfect size for me so without using it in the field yet on a scale from one to 10 I'm giving it a9 only because it hasn't touched the ground yet lol if your looking for a detecting shovel and fun don't want to spend 100 bucks on a phoenix I'm telling you get this one great quality you can tell the alloy is very strong and I love that the brand name is etched into the top of the shovel looks awesome feels awesome I will get out this weekend today is Thursday Feb 15th and it's 21 degrees outside but as soon as I take it out i will do a video review but by just holding and feeling it i know it's gonna be awesome thanx to the seller
