FLYPIG Starter Start Kit for GY6 49cc 50cc Scooter Moped 139QMA 139QMB Kick Start Idler Gear Shaft

I installed an 72cc big bore kit, much more compression, used original head. My kick starter was a bit worn before big bore kit. I've learned that when kick starting best technique is to put foot on kick start, push down until you're engaged, then in one quick push, push down on kick starter through full stroke to start the scooter. If you pull out the kick starter lever and just kick down on it, much more likely to strip the kick starter gears. Even with the bushing there's play in the kick starter shaft. I'm very pleased with this replacement.

Works great use my moped everyday still working strong. All parts fit perfectly.

I realize this goes to a chinese bike so i gave it a bit better of a score. I use my kick starter as my primary starting method and it lasted about 2 months before it broke.

Perfect fit for my dazon 50cc shortcase! I had an issue before with the little gear piece. It would jam up when i went to kick it and get stuck in the case. (No instructions obviously) Turns out you need to lubricate it. I just used a little motor oil and it worked perfectly! For anybody having that issue

I actually bought 2 Kick Starter Repair Kits. Everything was fine, except for the actual kick starter Gear. The 1/2 gear with the kick start lever teeth. This gear is way too small to connect to the variator gear. The first one was too small, so I ordered from a different manufacturer, thinking the gear will be the right size. I received the exact same product. So I gave up.

The standard C-Clip is to thin causing loose fit stripping kick start gears.Every kick gear kit i have bought and factory have C-Clips to thin and low quality.I bought a thicker C-Clip there is no loose play nor failure now.
