Happy customer
Very happy with it, I find it very important to be able to breath through my mouth if in need or even to say something to my husband before I fall asleep. My nights became calmer, I even need to pee during the night only once as my sleep became deeper.

Good product but removal is quite painful.
This is the second time I have bought these. The first time I would have given it 5* as I thought they were very good.Sadly on my second purchase the stickiness is very harsh and it was quite painful to remove leaving a sore red patch on my face.

Our Favourite Mouth Tape
Effective and easy to use. Still able to open the mouth if necessary.

Not fit for purpose
These were so disappointing and did not work for my 11 year old. They would not stay on for very long at all and the adhesive was just not strong enough. For the price I expected a much better quality product. The shape and size for kids is what I wanted, but if they do not stay in place then ultimately they are useless. A roll of medical tape costs a fraction of the price and works much better.

My sleep has improved and I wake up feeling more refreshed
This is an excellent product. The quality of my sleep has improved as a result of using these and I wake up feeling more refreshed. They are easy to put on and take off. One thing I particularly like about them is that I can still open my mouth a bit - the tape doesn't actually come into contact with your lips. The only negative is the adhesive. Some packs I've received are quite sticky and leave a residue that requires something like Vaseline or make up remover, soap and water are not enough. If the manufacturer could get the adhesive right, this would be a 5 star product. However, saying that - I wouldn't be without these as I sleep so much better.

Incredible invention!!
Brilliant invention, my son developed a bad flu in December and his sinuses were completely blocked he started only breathing through his mouth even after he recovered, he was referred to an ENT specialist by his gp, I came across these used it for 4 nights and now he is back to 100% breathing through his mouth again during the day and night!

Size issue
I’ve ordered these previously and aside from an issue with sticking after a few days stubble they tend to assist with a dry mouth at night.Unfortunately I’ve placed two consecutive orders for a MEDIUM only to be sent a size LARGE. I find the medium tape works better and pulls the mouth closed better as opposed to the Large.Sadly the system to order a Medium appears to be broken so I’ll look at others brands - which are cheaper too.

Controls mouth breathing
It may seem a bit frightening to tape your mouth at night but firstly, I must say that I have had no issues with not being able to open my mouth when I want to, when awake. When asleep the tape does the job of stopping me from mouth breathing. I know this because my tongue doesn't feel like a rough piece of old carpet when I wake up! I tried using micropore( the papery one) but the beauty of this product is that there is little or no tape on your lips, which don't take kindly to having ordinary tape stuck to them overnight. It doesn't stop me snoring, which I don't believe it claims to do. My snoring is not to do with whether my mouth is open or not. What it did do I think, was reduce my snoring a little. I use snore lab to record my snoring and there has been some reduction. If reducing snoring is what you are after then there are other things designed for that and snore lab can help you monitor how effective they are. I highly recommend an orthodontic retainer ( fitted by a dentist, my home made mould wasn't a brilliant fit). Works for me but may not help everyone, depends on cause of snore.
