This book makes the transition into healthier cooking easy.
I love that the author has provided a list of ingredients at the end of each recipe that can be substituted/swapped-out in order to adapt the recipes to meet your eating style. I have tried four of the recipes using the Paleo and GAPS recipes. My family loved each . I am looking forward to trying out the rest of the recipes in this book and reaping the benefits of each.
