I like this product a lot and I’m happy with the quality. The only thing which upset me was the addition of a plastic film around the outside of the jar… let’s eliminate unnecessary plastic packaging

Unfortunately one ja has leaked lost all the juice not sure if it is now safe to eat. Very disappointed.

Given this initially as a gift to try and wasn't sure what to expect. It was spicier than I was expecting, but not over hot. We think that it is delicious, especially like with salads and have just tried it with hot vegetables and like that too. Will definitely being having this regularly.

Liking the fresh ginger, hint of garlic with just the right amount of heat for my taste... and all those other flavours, great stuff.I prefer it as is, but if you are not into spicy it is probably not for you, although adding it to salad or other dishes cools it down.

Tastes great. Very spicy - much more than others I've tried. One of the jars leaked badly in transit but according to the write up & paperwork, this is normal & can happen.

Lovely and crunchy, but pretty hot, which is fine, but eating it before a meal, I found couldn't taste my meal so well. Definitely had positive effect on my gut health I think though. Better than taking probiotic capsules. Will try other varieties next time. Bought some for my Mum too, and she found it a bit too fiery!

This is a kimchi-sauerkraut combo, as its name suggests. It has some of the characteristics of both, and is a lovely alternative to both plain sauerkraut and fiery kimchi. It's spicy, but nowhere near as strong as most kimchis, and - for me - has a more complex and interesting taste than plain sauerkraut. It's a great accompaniment to most things, and is a good companion to the same seller's beetroot kraut. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was perfect. I'm a fan!
